President Noynoy will give his 2nd state of the nation address today, as expected people in the opposition will held a protest against the management of his administration. The Quezon City already declared a holiday, in their city, no class for the students from Elementary to Highschool, this is due to the fact that some of the roads near batasan will be closed, and as expected it will result to traffic.
People already graded the performance of NoyNoy, some says its ok, some mark it a failure, you it’s too early to say whether he performs his job well or not.
The question is what will be the SONA of Noynoy?
