dubbed the Pinay Pamela Scandal video. And its now going viral online, The said video according the Panamanian
Diplomat is his evidence that he did not rape Pamela just a (dummy name of the
Pinay allegedly rape).The Panamanian Diplomat is now out of the country but Ms
Pamela is still pursuing justice against him.
