Bagyong Mina made a land fall and already hit several provinces below are the signals from different Provinces in Northern Luzon, as 10:00 am Bagyong Mina is already at 90 km Northeast of Tuguegarao City, the public is warned especially those who lives beside the mountains and low lying locations, possible flash floods, and landslides.

The Low Pressure Area East of Visayas has developed into a Tropical Depression and was named "JUANING".

350 kms East Southeast of Virac, Catanduanes

Coordinates:

13.2°N, 127.8°E

Strength:

Maximum winds of 55 kph near the center

Forecast Positions/Outlook:

Tuesday morning:

180 km North Northeast of Virac, Catanduanes or

320 km East Southeast of Casiguran, Aurora

Wednesday morning:

90 km North of Casiguran, Aurora or

140 km Southeast of Aparri, Cagayan

Typhoon Falcon Update PAGASA

Typhoon is gearing and already entered the Philippine area of responsibility, rain and heavy flood is expected in several cities.

At 2:00 p.m. today, Tropical Depression "FALCON" was estimated based on satellite and surface data at 610 km East Northeast of Borongan, Eastern Samar (12.5°N, 131.5°E) with maximum sustained winds of 55 kph near the center. It is forecast to move Northwest at 19 kph.


The Low Pressure Area East of Visayas has developed into a Tropical Depression and was named "FALCON".

Coordinates: 11.7°N, 132.3°E
Strength: Maximum sustained winds of 55 kph near the center
